The American Stroke Association

Today I joined the American Stroke Association and took the Power to End Stroke Pledge. When you do this, you get a fancy recipe book:



I can't wait to get mine.

I was just checking the blog out again, and I thought i'd mention that it seems kind of weird that the book is recipes for soul food.
